Our beams come in many sizes as well as custom sizes.  Because of their light weight,  they are much easier to install than solid beams. We are able to produce beams larger than 22'-0", but lengths at those extremes may have a splice.  Contact us for quotes on special sizes!

 

Beam widths, lenghts, and heights are measured by the absolute exterior sizes and are exact except for the 12" beams--those will be right under 12".

 

Wrapping your beams around an existing structure? It is a good idea to consider the scale of your beam when you are ordering it--think about the hollow space that will be neccessary and also other conditions such as ceiling height, openess of a room, etc to consider the perfect scale (ie. putting a small beam in a massive space may make the beam look flemsy, and putting a very large beam in a small space may dominate the space). If you intend on wrapping your beam around an existing structural element you should add 1.5 to 2 inches to the width/heigth of the object you are trying to cover (it is best to always round up).
